DELIVERY

As soon as payment is confirmed, we will start preparing your order.

Orders paid by credit card will be delivered the day after.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be delivered once payment is confirmed.

Please note that all bank charges must be paid by the customer.

Keep in mind that we are not responsible for products that spoil if there is not someone to receive your delivery on the date or time requested and agreed.

COLD CHAIN

This product has been packed in an insulated box with Ice-Pack blocks to keep the caviar under temperature and ensures freshness during transit.

Upon delivery, please remove immediately from the packaging, store in the coldest part of your refrigerator and follow our conservation guidelines.

Please note that the Ice-Pack blocks can be re-frozen and re-used.

 

HOW TO CHOOSE AND ENJOY CAVIAR?

We love to savour our Caviar in a very classic manner: plain, with a mother-of-pearl spoon, scooped directly from the tin.

However, you may also serve it with blinis or young potatoes.

We usually suggest a minium of 30g per guest, but if Caviar is the main dish, we recommend up to 100g.

You can also use our Caviar in other dishes like fish, pasta and meat, but in that case you should only add it after cooking.

Vodka and Brut Champagne go exceptionally well with Caviar.

WHICH AMOUNT?

50g of caviar per guest is what we recommand but there is no limit!

HOW CAVIAR IS MADE?

There are two different skills involved in caviar making: the farming which provides the raw material, and the maturation which is a handcraft process alike wine maturing.

It is on this last and crutical stage that ICONE Caviar’s unique expertise comes into play.
