This caviar is characterised by its unmistakable colour with golden hues. A rare genetic occurrence that results in beautiful caviar that will be a pearl in the crown on any table. The colour ranges from albino to bright golden.

Due to its rarity, availability or specific maturation cannot be guaranteed.

Sometimes, on very rare occasions, our sturgeons produce golden colour caviar.  We carefully select it to produce our most exquisite caviar.

Cold Chain: Our passive refrigeration packaging ensures the correct temperature during transport.

Storage temperature: 0 to 4°C

At least 2 months of shelf life guaranteed. After opening, the Caviar must be consumed within 72 hours.
